On August 15th, our Product Peer Group leaders walked us through the four stages of the Product Development Lifecycle (PLC). The presentation was very educational and the conversation in the room was lively and valuable. From Introduction to Growth to Maturity to Decline, Elissa taught us how to make data driven decisions to inform the product lifecycle, and JD shared real world case studies and trends for consideration.
